What is the return policy?
All Sales Are Final, We can offer Return exchanges of sizes to adjust something not fitting. This process will include an invoice to pay for reshipment to and from us. Please Email pwacmailroom@gmail.com to inqurie for a return exchange.
When will I get my order?
We aim to keep orders under a 1 week turnaround time. Sometimes wait times will be longer due to an influx of orders. Most items are made by hand and created and processed in house. We do not drop ship.
Once an item is marked for shipment it should take 3-7 days to arrive if shipped domestically. International shipments can take longer up to 3-4 weeks depending on where its going. International shipments will be sent with an AHOY tracking # that can be tracked through our 3rd Party Shipping Company. If you are needing an update on an international shipment please email pwacmailroom@gmail.com with your five digit order # and we can send you the link to check the tracking.
Once shipped an email confirmation will be sent out that will include a tracking number for all shipments that are not classified as letter mail.
What Is the Difference between letter mail & regular mail?
We have three main shipping categories. Regular mail with a tracking number, Poster tube mail with a tracking number, and letter mail without a tracking number.
Regular & poster tube mail will be normal as advertised packages that can be tracked along the process of shipment
Letter mail will not have a tracking number, and for the most part is not trackable. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to arrive based on its on its destion. If you live in the states you can sign up for informed delivery through the USPS, so that you can receive updates about your letters as they arrives through the system.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for small items that can be fitted into a letter mail envelope will range from $1 to $3.50 and will not include any tracking information. This includes but is not limited to stickers, patches, & backpatches
Items that are sent in poly mailers, or boxes usually including but not limited to Clothing apparel, Physical Media like Vinyls & Cassettes, and other options will start at 6$ an increase in shipping cost by weight. Once a cart has reached $75 (International orders are $150) the shipping will then be free no matter the weight.
All items that either have a shipping cost above 6$ or have free shipping will include a tracking number.
If I placed and order and I see something I wanted to add do I need to make another order?
We can add, modify or adjust any open order. If you want to add a shirt your missed please email pwacmailroom@gmail.com with your five digit order number and we can make the adjustments to your order and send additional invoice for any additions to help save on shipping costs.
